Sana'a: On this day, August 29, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression aircraft launched a series of airstrikes on various governorates, resulting in the martyrdom and injury of dozens of citizens and the destruction of homes, farms, and water tanks, as well as roads, bridges, and factories. According to Yemen News Agency, on August 29, 2015, the aggression aircraft initiated multiple airstrikes across Saada Governorate, targeting areas such as Al-Harf and Al-Damah in Baqim District, and Al-Qama and Al-Kassara in Kitaf District. These attacks led to the destruction of homes and public property. In Marib Governorate, strategic locations like Hailan Mountain and Majzar Water Project tanks were destroyed, while Ibb Governorate saw an airstrike on Al-Thalathin Street in Al-Dhihar District. In 2016, 27 citizens, mostly women and children, were injured following airstrikes on sugar factory workers' housing in Hodeida Governorate. Similarly, a food market attack in Sana'a's Dhahban area resulted in five martyrs and eight injuries. The same year, airstrikes caused severe damage in various districts, including attacks on Al-Zindani farms in Bani Al-Harith and several locations in Sana'a and Dhamar Governorates. The following years saw continued aggression. In 2017, multiple airstrikes targeted Midi District in Hajjah Governorate and various regions within Saada and Sana'a Governorates. Apache aircraft also attacked the Al-Hathira area in Jizan. In 2018, airstrikes continued over Mustaba, Baqim, and Al-Dhahir Districts, causing property damage. On August 29, 2019, Sana'a International Airport suffered two airstrikes, while artillery shelling affected Razih in Saada Governorate. The following year, in 2020, Marib, Al-Jawf, Al-Bayda, and Hodeida governorates experienced significant airstrikes, with additional shelling in inhabited villages in Munabbih, Saada Governorate. In 2021, Sirwah District in Marib Governorate experienced repeated airstrikes, with further artillery shelling in Baqim. Hodeida Governorate saw reconnaissance aircraft attacks, with combat fortifications set up by mercenaries in various districts. August 29, 2022, marked intensified aggression with seven airstrikes across governorates like Al-Dhale'a, Marib, Hodeida, Taiz, and others. Mercenaries established fortifications and conducted artillery shelling in several areas, affecting numerous governorates. Most recently, on August 29, 2023, Maqbana District in Taiz Governorate faced six airstrikes. Combat fortifications were also established in Al-Jabaliyah and Hays Districts in Hodeida Governorate, with multiple areas subjected to shelling.
