Workshop to Implement Outcomes of Cultural, Skill Program in Secondary Schools

Sana'a: The Educational Sector in Ibb Governorate, in coordination with the Youth and Sports Sector, organized a workshop for officials responsible for following up and implementing the outcomes of the Cultural and Skill Program at various levels, including the governorate, directorate, and school levels.

According to Yemen News Agency, the workshop was attended by several key figures, including the Governorate Public Mobilization Official Abdulfattah Ghalab, Educational Sector Official Mohammed Al-Ghazali, Agricultural Sector Official Hamoud Al-Rassas, Youth and Sports Office Director Ibrahim Al-Masawi, Health Office Director Najeeb Al-Kamil, along with educational leaders, activity directors, and supervisors. The primary focus was to discuss mechanisms for implementing the outcomes of the Cultural and Skill Program across all secondary schools.

The workshop also addressed plans for field follow-up and the activation of various activities, including school, sports, agricultural, and health initiatives. It emphasized the importance of teaching the Yemeni Recitation (Al-Qa'idah Al-Yamaniyah), supporting innovators, involving the children of martyrs in events, and submitting field reports.

During the session, the Governorate Public Mobilization Official acknowledged the efforts of the educational staff under challenging circumstances and affirmed that executing the program's outcomes is crucial for enhancing students' capacities. This, he noted, contributes to building a generation capable of overcoming challenges and instilling values of belonging and national awareness.

The Educational Sector Official in the Governorate highlighted the need for precise implementation and increased efforts to follow up on planned activities. The goal is to improve education quality and raise student awareness, emphasizing the activation of school, health, agricultural, and sports activities, along with educational guidance to protect students from external influences and reinforce their connection with Quranic culture.

Deputy Educational Sector Official Mohammed Al-Mutawakil stressed the importance of coordinated efforts among educational bodies and teamwork to achieve the set goals and enhance educational performance in the governorate.
