Sana'a: The Yemen Scholars Association has highlighted the significance of heeding the call from the Revolution Leader, Al-Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, for a million-person march in solidarity with the Palestinian people and to support the mujahideen in Palestine.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Association issued a statement emphasizing that the Leader's call comes at a critical juncture in the ongoing conflict with forces of disbelief and global arrogance. The escalation by American forces and the continued siege and bombardment of Gaza by Zionist forces have necessitated a united response from the Islamic community.
The Association underscored the importance of organizing a massive march with a spirit of jihadist faith. This demonstration aims to express solidarity with the Palestinian people, as well as with the Islamic Republic of Iran, Lebanon, and their mujahideen. Moreover, it serves as a declaration of support for all Islamic causes.
The statement further called for the Islamic nation to reassess its positions and align its political strategies with its Islamic identity, based on Qur'anic teachings. The Association stressed the need for readiness against the threats posed by America and Israel, viewing it as a religious and legal duty.
Preachers across Yemen and other Arab and Islamic countries are urged to communicate these messages and rally the people. The Association also called for increased support for Iran and its stance against American and Zionist aggression, describing the current situation as a pivotal opportunity to remove foreign military bases from Islamic lands.
Neighboring countries are urged to honor their commitments to the Gaza agreement and to compel the Zionist forces to adhere to ceasefire terms. The Association also encouraged religious leaders to expose the perceived tyranny of America and its administration, highlighting the dangers it poses globally.
