Riyadh:Yemen Armed forces have launched specialized military operations deep within Saudi territory in response to recent escalations. Over the past 24 hours, Saudi forces have conducted 124 airstrikes targeting various Yemeni regions, including Sana'a, Taiz, Marib, Al-Jawf, Hajjah, Al-Hodeida, and Saada. This brings the total number of airstrikes to 2,058 since the escalation began, primarily affecting civilians, including women and children.
According to Yemen News Agency, Yemeni armed forces carried out four significant operations using ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. The first operation targeted King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh over three phases, leading to a complete closure and disruption of air traffic.
The second operation struck the Shugadam gas facility owned by Aramco in the Eastern Province, resulting in significant fires. The third operation targeted the Aramco Tanajib oil refinery in the Eastern Province, causing a fire at the site. The fourth operation focused on King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, disrupting air traffic there as well.
In addition, Yemeni forces executed a precise targeting operation against Saudi troop concentrations in the Ras al-Ara and al-Saqiya areas, utilizing six ballistic missiles and two drones. This resulted in numerous casualties among the enemy troops.
Yemeni forces also engaged with Saudi aerial military formations using locally manufactured surface-to-air missiles, forcing them to retreat. They have issued a warning to international companies and travelers to avoid Saudi airports, citing safety concerns, except for those in Mecca and Medina.
The Yemeni Armed Forces have committed to continuing their operations within Saudi territory, maintaining a strategy of "a blockade for a blockade" and "an escalation for an escalation" until the aggression ceases and the siege on Yemen is lifted.
