Sana'a: The Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, has reaffirmed the readiness of Yemeni military forces to support operations against Israel should it resume aggression on the Gaza Strip or if other significant developments occur.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Houthi emphasized Yemen's commitment to standing with the Palestinian people and assured that Yemeni forces are prepared to act against any renewed Israeli military actions. He declared that the principle guiding their response is, "if you return, we return," indicating a readiness to engage if provoked.
Al-Houthi also highlighted attempts by foreign espionage cells, allegedly backed by the U.S. and Israel, to destabilize Yemen. He accused these cells of infiltrating humanitarian organizations like the World Food Programme and UNICEF, using them as covers for intelligence activities aimed at undermining Yemeni security.
He affirmed the importance of exposing these espionage activities to counter misinformation and emphasized that no law protects humanitarian organization members from accountability if they engage in criminal activities. Al-Houthi criticized the international community for allowing such espionage under the guise of humanitarian work.
The Leader further discussed the Yemeni people's extensive support for Palestine, highlighting the consistent demonstrations and military preparedness, which include producing over one million fighters. He noted that these activities are independent of American influence and driven by a sense of religious duty.
In his speech, Al-Houthi praised the role of Yemeni scholars and media in supporting the Palestinian cause, advocating for continued vigilance against Zionist propaganda and maintaining military capabilities. He stressed the importance of turning challenges into opportunities and highlighted the success of Yemeni naval and missile operations against Israeli-aligned forces.
Al-Houthi warned of ongoing threats from the Israeli and American presence in the region and reiterated Yemen's commitment to supporting Palestine until full freedom and independence are achieved. He acknowledged the significant role of global popular movements in pressuring for a ceasefire and called for sustained support for Palestinian rebuilding efforts.
The Leader concluded by praising the sacrifices of Yemeni forces and their unwavering stance, reaffirming Yemen's dedication to the Palestinian cause and the broader struggle against Zionism.
