Sana'a: Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports Nabeh Abu Shawsa inspected the Youth Cultural Palace today, following the rehabilitation of its facilities and equipment after sustaining damage from the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression. Abu Shawsa was briefed by the palace director, Ali Al-Jarmozi, on the operational mechanisms and services provided after its restoration and the resumption of activities, following the targeting of the permanent Scouts and Guides camp building and surrounding areas by airstrikes.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Deputy Minister emphasized the need for continued high-level efforts to enhance the palace's service and cultural performance. He praised the dedication of the staff despite the challenges posed by the aggression and the repercussions of targeting youth and sports facilities. Abu Shawsa highlighted the importance of strengthening the palace's role as a cultural institution that nurtures youth, showcases their talents, and hosts various national, youth, and educational events in line with its mission and objectives.
In addition to his visit to the Youth Cultural Palace, the Deputy Minister reviewed the level of professional discipline within the ministry's office and several affiliated institutions following the Eid holiday. He commended the administrative staff for their discipline, which reflects their commitment to performing duties efficiently. Abu Shawsa affirmed the ministry's continued efforts to enhance the performance of its institutions and facilities, ensuring a continuous workflow to deliver better services and achieve desired goals.
