Hodeidah: Al-Aqsa and Hodeidah hospitals organized a commemorative event marking the Prophet Muhammad's birthday under the slogan 'At Your Service, O Messenger of Allah.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the event highlighted aspects of the Prophet's noble biography and the profound significance of this occasion, which marked a turning point in human history and the beginning of a path of light and guidance.
First Deputy Governor of Hodeidah, Ahmed al-Bishri, noted that Yemenis' celebration of the Prophet's birthday carries great momentum in recognition of the esteemed status and immense spiritual position the Messenger holds. He emphasized that commemorating this occasion sends a message to the enemies of the Islamic nation that Yemenis remain steadfast in following the Prophet's guidance, teachings, and example, upholding their historic responsibility in defending the faith and the Messenger from the beginning of his mission to the present day.
Al-Bishri stressed that the commemoration revives values of adherence and devotion within the nation, values that enable resistance against hostile campaigns and restore the dignity and honor God and His Messenger intended for Muslims.
For his part, Director of the Health and Environment Office in the governorate, Dr. Ali Hizam, described the Prophet's birthday as a spiritual milestone that calls on Muslims to reflect on the current state of the nation, recognize its weaknesses, and return to the Prophet's path. He underlined the importance of embodying the strength and values this occasion represents, raising the banner of truth against falsehood in accordance with the Quranic principles reflected in the Prophet's life.
Meanwhile, Director of the two hospitals, Dr. Ali Badr, reviewed the spiritual and faith-based dimensions of commemorating this great religious occasion. He affirmed that this year's anniversary comes to the Yemeni people bearing signs of renewed victory, as Yemen regains its standing and strength in confronting its enemies while continuing its unwavering support for the Palestinian people.
