Al-mahwit: A meeting at Al-Mahwit University discussed on Saturday arrangements for the clinical training of fourth-level medical students from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Republican Hospital in the governorate.

According to Yemen News Agency, University President Dr. Mohammed Al-Shalabi affirmed the university's ongoing commitment to developing practical and applied training programs for students and expanding cooperation with various health institutions and hospitals, in a manner that enhances professional competence and practical experience for future medical cadres.

He noted that the university places great importance on strengthening the educational process and creating an integrated environment that enables medical students to refine their theoretical and practical skills and prepares them for hands-on application in accordance with approved academic and medical standards. He explained that the training comes within the framework of the university's efforts to advance the level of medical education and link it to practical practice.

At the meeting, attended by Vice President for Student Affairs Dr. Ali Al-Awadhi, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Dr. Fouad Al-Saidi, and Vice Dean Dr. Jamal Al-Saidi, the leadership of the Republican Teaching Hospital affirmed the hospital's full readiness to receive students.

They praised the efforts made to enhance infrastructure and medical equipment and to provide qualified supervisory staff to ensure the implementation of clinical training according to the highest academic standards, contributing to raising the level of students' practical competence across various medical specialties.
