Taiz:Residents of the Quds district in Al-Mawasat, Taiz province, have announced a general mobilization to confront what they describe as Saudi military escalations. This move comes in support of the armed forces to address military buildups, aggression, siege, and occupation.
According to Yemen News Agency, an armed tribal gathering, which included local officials and social figures, was held where participants condemned ongoing Saudi attacks that target women, children, and civilian facilities, labeling them as war crimes. The tribesmen expressed their commitment to responding to these Saudi actions and emphasized their resolve to confront the aggressors regardless of the sacrifices needed. They also reiterated their support for the revolutionary leader to take necessary measures to reclaim Yemen's rights and resources.
The gathering commended the revolutionary and political leadership for its victories and backing of regional causes, particularly the Palestinian issue. A statement from the event underscored the importance of sustained mobilization, combat readiness, and support for the armed forces, highlighting the need for national unity and the liberation of occupied territories.
Furthermore, the statement issued a warning to Saudi-backed forces against engaging in suspicious activities and called on those aligned with them to reconsider their positions and return to the national cause. It emphasized the necessity for unified efforts and intensified mobilization to defend Yemen's sovereignty and achieve freedom and independence.
