The speech outlined the choices faced by the Yemeni people at the onset of the aggression: surrender or steadfastness. Al-Houthi underscored the consequences of surrender, such as the loss of freedom and dignity, and contrasted it with steadfastness, which he described as a path of dignity and faith. Al-Houthi paid tribute to various segments of Yemeni society, including martyrs, families of martyrs, the wounded, and those actively contributing to the resistance across cultural, educational, military, and media domains. He highlighted the extensive participation from all societal segments, including significant contributions from women. He called for the preservation and documentation of the sacrifices made by the Yemeni people, emphasizing their historical significance and the lessons they offer for future generations. Al-Houthi also addressed the ongoing aggression, detailing the extensive damage inflicted on Yemen's infrastructure and resources, and lamented the economic blockade and deprivation of national wealth. The speech critiqued the coalition's continued occupation of Yemeni territories and targeted the Saudi regime for its alignment with American and Israeli interests. Al -Houthi accused the coalition of manipulating Yemeni political decisions and exploiting the country's resources for their benefit. Al-Houthi concluded by urging Yemeni people to participate in demonstrations to reaffirm their steadfastness and support for the Palestinian cause, as well as to oppose the American-Israeli aggression. He emphasized the importance of unity among Islamic countries to counter the Zionist scheme and concluded with prayers for victory and peace.
