Sana'a: The Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party has urged all its cadres, members, and the Yemeni populace to engage extensively and honorably in the central events commemorating the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birth, known as Mawlid al-Nabawi, scheduled for tomorrow in the capital Sana'a and various governorates.
According to Yemen News Agency, the Party released a statement highlighting that celebrating Mawlid al-Nabawi reflects the profound connection of the Yemeni people with the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). It underscores their commitment to his teachings, his life, and his principles. The Party emphasized the significance of participation from all political, community, and social sectors to affirm the Yemeni people's faith-based identity and their loyalty to God and His Messenger, as well as their opposition to any form of external control.
The statement further emphasized that the commemoration of Mawlid al-Nabawi holds special significance amid the current aggression and siege faced by the country. It reiterated that Yemenis remain resolute in defending their land and sovereignty while supporting national causes, particularly the Palestinian issue, and backing the revolutionary and political leadership and the Armed Forces against aggression.
The Arab Socialist Ba'ath Party conveyed its congratulations and well-wishes to the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, the political leadership, and all Yemeni citizens, as well as the broader Arab and Islamic nations. The Party expressed hopes that this religious occasion brings victory and empowerment to the Yemeni people and the nation.
