Al hodeidah: A training workshop for property specialists at branch offices in the districts concluded today at the office of the General Authority for Endowments and Guidance in Al Hodeidah governorate, focusing on the electronic leasing and automated usufruct system within the contract documentation cycle.
According to Yemen News Agency, the three-day workshop aimed to equip property specialists with knowledge and skills on how to handle the electronic system for leasing and usufruct operations, contributing to improved performance and the development of task execution mechanisms.
At the conclusion, the Director of the Endowments and Guidance Authority office in the governorate, Ibrahim Al-Naami, praised the efforts to qualify property cadres in the branches, affirming that the workshop's outcomes would positively reflect on performance improvement and the preservation of endowment funds using modern scientific methods. He highlighted the importance of training authority cadres on the electronic leasing and usufruct system, calling on participants to apply the knowledge and skills they gained in practice, benefit from them in achieving desired goals, and take responsibility in performing the tasks assigned to them.
In turn, the Deputy Director of the Authority office, Fouad Al-Jalal, emphasized the importance of organizing such courses and workshops to enhance the capabilities of endowment employees and elevate job performance. He reviewed the contents and objectives of the course, the practical models of the documentation cycle through the unified electronic system, and the mechanism for completing leasing and usufruct transactions, explaining that the application of the electronic leasing and usufruct system contributes to performance development, procedure simplification, and faster transaction completion.
Meanwhile, the Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs at the office, Omar Rashid, stressed the importance of participants fully absorbing the workshop's contents and applying them optimally to enhance work efficiency and serve beneficiaries, emphasizing the need to feel responsible for preserving endowment funds and properties. At the end of the workshop, the training team and participants were honored and given certificates in appreciation of their participation.
