Sana'a: A cultural and commemorative event was held on Saturday in Al-Haymah Al-Kharijiyah District of Sana'a Governorate to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, speakers at the event in Al-Suds locality, attended by Deputy Governor Abdul-Mughni Dawood and District Director Khaled Al-Arashi, emphasized the importance of expressing joy and celebrating this significant religious occasion. They stressed drawing lessons from the Prophet's noble biography and translating love for the Prophet into practical conduct.
The event, which saw the participation of mobilization officials in Al-Suds, Ali Al-Hammadi, and in Bani Bujair, Ali Dawood, along with local sheikhs, dignitaries, and community figures, featured anthems, poems, and presentations highlighting the occasion's significance. Following the event, an armed rally was held to demonstrate readiness, support for the revolutionary and political leadership's decisions, and express anger over violations of the Muslim nation's sanctities.
Meanwhile, two cultural evening gatherings were held in Bani Mansour and Al-Ezz localities to mark the Prophet's birthday. At the Bani Mansour gathering, attended by District Director Khaled Al-Arashi, local mobilization official Ali Jawhar, and several sheikhs and dignitaries, speakers highlighted the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday. They noted that marking the occasion renews loyalty to Allah and His Messenger, strengthens adherence to righteous guidance, and serves as a reminder of the Prophet's noble biography.
At the Al-Ezz gathering, District Guidance Official Aziz Al-Ashwal and local mobilization official Ahmed Al-Ashwal stressed the importance of commemorating the Prophet's birthday and drawing lessons from his life. They emphasized embodying his values and principles in everyday life, noting the Prophet's birthday as one of the greatest religious occasions deserving special attention by honoring its significance and recalling the Prophet's noble character, struggles, and courageous stances.
