Bani qais: A commemorative event took place on Wednesday in Bani Qais District, Hajjah Governorate, to celebrate the 11th anniversary of the 21st September Revolution. The event highlighted the historical significance and achievements of the revolution in various fields.
According to Yemen News Agency, Brigadier General Hassan Al-Qasimi, the Governorate's Director of Security, underscored the importance of the 21st September Revolution in Yemen's history. He emphasized its role in overcoming external dependence and domination, and reviewed its achievements in military, security, and decision-making independence. Al-Qasimi noted the Yemeni people's mobilization behind their revolutionary leadership, driven by the revolution's objectives and the widespread suffering from corruption and foreign subjugation.
The Directors of the Geological Survey and Mineral Resources Authority, Muhammad Al-Qudami, and the Abu Tayr Security District, Colonel Imad Al-Qadi, were in attendance. Muhammad Al-Shahari, the Bani Qais District Director, stated that the revolution was a necessity due to the dire circumstances at the time. He highlighted the need for collective efforts to continue building and developing, achieving the revolution's goals, and preserving the gains made.
The Popular Mobilization Forces in Bani Qais organized a public display to commemorate the anniversary. Participants, led by Muhammad Al-Qudami and Muhammad Al-Shahari, demonstrated skills acquired during military courses. They expressed readiness to fulfill their responsibilities and integrate with the armed forces in support of the oppressed in Gaza. The participants reaffirmed their commitment to the revolution's objectives, safeguarding the gains achieved by the martyrs, and maintaining readiness to defend the homeland and support national causes, particularly the Palestinian cause.
