Raymah: The districts of Al-Salafiyah, Al-Jabin, and Kusmah in Raymah Governorate held cultural and speech events on Saturday to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.
According to Yemen News Agency, the events aimed to emphasize the significance of the Prophet's birth as a spiritual and educational occasion. Speakers in Kusmah District highlighted the importance of the Prophet's noble biography, advocating for adherence to his exemplary character and righteous path, and promoting commitment to the Holy Quran and the Islamic identity within society.
The events also underscored the necessity of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life to build a cohesive society and prepare to confront external challenges, particularly the US-Saudi escalation and its allies. In Kusmah, two events were held in the district center and Al-Dhabarah area, focusing on the significance of the Prophet's birth anniversary and the need for society to embody his teachings when facing adversaries.
In Al-Jabin District, a cultural evening in Bani Nahet area stressed the importance of connecting younger generations to the values and principles of the Prophet. Additionally, a cultural seminar in Bani Al-Dhabibi area reviewed pivotal stages of the Prophet's life, highlighting values such as sacrifice, patience, and struggle in confronting oppression. The seminar called for active participation in the commemoration, reflecting the Prophet's revered status among Muslims.
