Sana'a:In the Inner Haima District of Sana'a Governorate, the bodies of martyrs Lieutenant Colonel Abdul-Majeed Abdullah Saleh Al-Majahzi and Captain Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al-Jahmi were laid to rest. Both men were martyred while performing their sacred duty in the path of Allah, defending the homeland.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral processions were held separately and attended by local, mobilization, military, and security officials. During the ceremonies, mourners paid tribute to the virtues and sacrifices of the martyrs, acknowledging that their sacrifices have yielded great victories and secured significant gains for the Yemeni people in moral, developmental, and military spheres.
The mourners affirmed their resolve to continue along the path of the martyrs, striving in the cause of Allah until the Yemeni people attain all their legitimate rights and just demands. They renewed their pledge to Allah, His Messenger, and the leadership to honor the blood of the martyrs and safeguard the achievements made possible by their sacrifice.
This commitment, they emphasized, involves strengthening national unity, maintaining a cohesive internal front, fostering values of cooperation and social solidarity, and standing as an impenetrable barrier against anyone who might attempt to undermine the security and stability of the nation. The remains of martyr Al-Majahzi were laid to rest alongside his brother, who had been martyred six years earlier, at the Al-Salaf Martyrs' Cemetery, while the remains of martyr Al-Jahmi were laid to rest at the Al-Ridwan Martyrs' Cemetery.
