Taiz:Mass rallies were held across Taiz governorate following Friday prayers, where participants reaffirmed their commitment to general mobilization and support for the Yemeni Armed Forces. The demonstrations aimed to reinforce front lines and maintain readiness in response to escalating actions by Saudi aggression.
According to Yemen News Agency, participants in the gatherings, held in the provincial center and various districts, expressed their willingness to supply the front lines with necessary resources, including personnel, funds, and weaponry. They pledged unwavering support for the Yemeni Armed Forces until the blockade is lifted, the aggression ceases, and the nation's wealth is reclaimed from the Saudi occupiers.
Demonstrators voiced their full support for a recent statement by the Yemeni Armed Forces, which warned against Saudi threats to target Yemeni tribes. They cautioned that any such actions by the Saudi side would lead to catastrophic consequences, necessitating Yemen's resort to significant, unprecedented measures, with the Saudi forces held accountable for any resultant repercussions.
The people of Taiz also declared their absolute support for the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, urging him to take necessary measures to end the aggression and blockade, and to respond to the crimes committed by Saudi forces against civilians over the past 12 years.
A statement issued during the rallies emphasized the continuation of general mobilization and the importance of strengthening social and tribal cohesion to unify the national front against current challenges. It warned of the consequences of Saudi threats against Yemeni tribes and reiterated support for the Yemeni Armed Forces and the leadership's decisions amidst new developments.
The statement also expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people, advocating for their right to establish an independent state with Al-Quds al-Sharif as its capital, as well as support for the Lebanese and Iranian peoples against aggression. It called on Yemeni tribes to sustain their armed rallies with increased vigor, in support of the Armed Forces and the leadership's mandate.
Additionally, the statement encouraged participation in the annual "Martyr's Anniversary" by visiting martyrs' families to honor their sacrifices for the homeland's security and stability.
