Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr. In his message, the spokesperson expressed sincere congratulations and blessings to both leaders on this significant religious occasion, which brings unity among Muslims worldwide following the fasting period.
According to Yemen News Agency, the spokesperson highlighted that this year's Eid al-Fitr arrives amid turbulent events in the region, particularly due to the US-Zionist escalation against free peoples and the Zionist entity's renewed acts of war, blockade, and starvation targeting the Gaza Strip. He underscored the commendable stance of the Yemeni leadership under Sayyid Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi in their ongoing support for the Palestinian cause despite aggressive actions from the US against civilian areas and infrastructure in Sana'a and various provinces, designed to deter Yemen's support for Gaza.
The spokesperson further emphasized the resilience of the Yemeni people, who have withstood a decade-long aggression coalition, stating that they have grown more robust and united, refusing to capitulate to the American enemy's barbarism.
