Hajjah City and Abs District Launch Medical Camps for Inmates to Celebrate Prophet’s Birthday

Hajjah: The Health Office in Hajjah governorate has initiated two medical camps in Hajjah City and Abs district to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday. These camps aim to provide diagnostic and treatment services to inmates of correctional facilities over a period of three days.

According to Yemen News Agency, the camps will offer various medical services in collaboration with local hospitals. The central correctional facility in Hajjah will partner with Martyr Sharaf Al-Kuhlani Hospital in Mabyan, while the Abs district correctional facility will work with Abs General Hospital to deliver these services.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Kuhlani, Director of the Hajjah Health Office, stated that these medical camps are an integral part of the governorate's health plans, which are implemented in coordination with local hospitals. The initiative is designed to mark the religious occasion and to provide necessary medical assistance to the inmates.

Mahyoub Sura'a and Ali Al-Akou', directors of Hajjah City and Abs district respectively, expressed appreciation for the efforts of the Health Office and the local hospitals in organizing the camps and delivering specialized medical services.
