Rada'a: Juma'an Secondary School in Rada'a district of Al-Bayda governorate on Monday held a cultural and speech event to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family. At the event, Member of the Presidential Committee for Prophet's Birthday Celebrations Judge Nabil Al-Azzani emphasized the significance of such events in educational settings, highlighting them as a reflection of the attention given to the occasion.
According to Yemen News Agency, Judge Nabil Al-Azzani expressed that the Prophet's birthday serves as an opportunity to revisit the life and teachings of the Prophet, emphasizing values like mercy, justice, solidarity, and compassion. He noted the Yemeni people's strong connection with the Prophet and underscored the importance of using the occasion to enhance religious and moral awareness among the youth.
The event also saw participation from local officials, including Province Undersecretary Nasser Al-Aji and Rector of Al-Bayda University Dr. Ahmed Al-Arami. Education Sector Representative in Rada'a City, Mohammed Al-Soura, highlighted the role of educational institutions in fostering students' religious and moral growth. He praised the dedication of Juma'an Secondary School's staff and students for their enthusiastic involvement in the event.
