Lahj: A commemorative event was held on Sunday in al-Qabaita district of Lahj province on the anniversary of Martyr President Saleh al-Sammad under the slogan ‘Man of Responsibility.’
According to Yemen News Agency, speeches highlighted key moments of al-Sammad’s life, praising his leadership and steadfastness during challenging times, and emphasizing his dedication to confronting external conspiracies. Participants noted that he embodied the principles of the Qur’anic project, drawing courage and patience from his faith.
The event called for following al-Sammad’s path, strengthening readiness through open military courses as part of ‘Operation al-Aqsa Flood,’ and maintaining unity to face national challenges. Local officials, social figures, and community leaders attended, with poems and program segments honoring the legacy of al-Sammad.
