Mahweet: Mahweet undersecretary of Mahweet, Abdulsalam al-Dhamari, conducted an inspection of the ongoing rehabilitation and maintenance work on the internal streets of Mahweet City. This project is being executed by the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges with the financial support of the Road Maintenance Fund.
According to Yemen News Agency, Engineer Ahmed al-Yanai provided an update on the project's progress to the deputy governor. He mentioned that maintenance teams are actively engaged in removing damaged asphalt layers, repairing potholes, and re-asphalting areas in accordance with technical standards. These efforts are part of a larger initiative aimed at strengthening infrastructure and enhancing road services throughout the governorate.
Al-Dhamari expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Corporation and the Fund, emphasizing the significance of these projects in improving the city's aesthetics and facilitating transportation for residents. He reiterated that the rehabilitation project is in line with a broader local development strategy designed to enhance public services and meet the needs of the community.
