Muscat: The Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) 30 Index closed Thursday at 7634.39 points, down 16.3 points, or 0.21 percent, compared to the previous trading session's close of 7650.67 points.

According to Yemen News Agency, trading value reached 33,922,235 Omani rials, a decrease of 10.87 percent compared to the previous session's value of 38,059,028 Omani rials.

The daily report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange stated that the market capitalization decreased by 0.120 percent from the previous trading day, reaching approximately 36.66 billion Omani rials. Non-Omanis' purchases on the stock exchange amounted to 939,000 Omani riyals, representing 2.77 percent, while non-Omanis' sales amounted to 973,000 Omani riyals, representing 2.87 percent. Meanwhile, the net non-Omani investment decreased by 35,000 Omani riyals, representing 0.10 percent.
