Ibb: The President of the Ibb Court of Appeal, Judge Sari Al-Ajili, inspected the judicial and administrative operations at several courts in the province, including West Ibb, Al-Sabra, Mudhakhira, and the Al-Odein branch.
According to Yemen News Agency, during his visit, Judge Al-Ajili received briefings from court presidents and judges. They discussed the number of cases under review, the progress in case resolution, and the challenges and obstacles faced by the courts, along with proposed solutions to these issues.
Judge Al-Ajili instructed the provision of essential resources to help courts overcome difficulties. He stressed the importance of improving performance, streamlining litigation procedures, ensuring swift justice, and making legal services more accessible to citizens.
He also highlighted the necessity to focus on resolving cases, especially those pending or involving detainees, by holding consecutive and closely scheduled sessions. Furthermore, Judge Al-Ajili commended the efforts of judges and court staff despite the hardships faced due to ongoing aggression and blockades in the country.
