According to Yemen News Agency, participants in rallies throughout the province’s districts displayed slogans condemning Zionist actions and expressed support for Yemen’s steadfast backing of Palestinian and Lebanese communities. A statement released during the rallies highlighted that Zionist aggression against Palestinians persists, exacerbating their struggles during Ramadan. Simultaneously, attacks on Lebanon continue with American support, posing threats to regional and global security and stability.
The statement reiterated Yemen’s unwavering support for Gaza and Hezbollah and declared complete readiness to escalate responses if necessary, citing confidence in divine assurance of victory. It also condemned comments by the U.S. ambassador regarding intentions to hand over the Middle East to Jews, urging Arab and Islamic nations to protest against what they termed Zionist schemes threatening dignity and freedom.
The statement called for a boycott of American and Israeli goods as a religious and moral obligation and encouraged involvement in charitable activities to support the poor, bolster community kitchens, and participate in Ramadan food initiatives. Finally, it urged society members to engage with the lectures and guidance of Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, viewing them as vital for navigating the current challenges facing the nation.
