Sana'a: The local authority and mobilization committee in Bilad al-Ta'am district organized a speech event to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, emphasizing the significance of learning from his life and upholding his teachings.
According to Yemen News Agency, Raymah governor Faris Al-Habbari underscored the importance of the religious occasion, urging people to draw inspiration from the Prophet Muhammad's life and to incorporate his principles into their daily lives. He mentioned that the Yemeni people commemorate this event to express reverence and love for the Prophet, particularly in light of external attempts to insult Islamic symbols and sanctities. Al-Habbari also highlighted the need for adherence to the Holy Quran and its teachings.
Al-Habbari encouraged the people of Raymah governorate to participate in the central celebration on 12 Rabi' al-Awwal, marking the birth of the Prophet of Mercy and Guidance. He also commended the armed forces' operations targeting Saudi ports and military positions, describing them as a response to the ongoing siege and aggression, framed under 'siege for siege, escalation for escalation.'
Bilad al-Ta'am District Director Yahya Al-Hamami also spoke at the event, emphasizing the profound respect the Yemeni people have for the Prophet. He highlighted their commitment to his teachings and their emulation of his morals and struggle against oppression.
