Sana'a: Researcher Khadija Mohammed Al-Jaradi has obtained her PhD in Management from the Business Management Center at Sana'a University, with a dissertation entitled: 'The Role of Total Quality Management in Achieving Competitiveness through Information Technology - A Field Study in Yemeni Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Companies.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the dissertation defense committee, chaired by Dr. Ahmed Al-Shami (supervisor and chair), with Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanfi as internal examiner and Dr. Tawfiq Al-Sanbani as external examiner, praised the researcher's scientific efforts, her methodology, and the study's results and recommendations.
The committee noted that the findings could contribute to improving the performance of Yemeni pharmaceutical companies by applying Total Quality Management standards and enhancing competitiveness through the use of information technology.
