Sana'a: The leader of the revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, affirmed that the push to disarm the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas represents a Saudi position, a stance of Arab regimes, and even a position of the Palestinian Authority.
According to Yemen News Agency, in his speech today on developments in the Gaza aggression and regional and international developments, Sayyid al-Houthi stated: 'The call to disarm Hamas and the demand to disarm the Lebanese resistance group Hezbollah by Arab governments and regimes is a form of support for the Israeli enemy.' He added that these regimes aim to strip any party resisting Israeli occupation and tyranny and that some actively collude with the Zionist enemy.
He pointed out that the stagnation seen in most Arab and Islamic countries is a political decision by these regimes, not a coincidence, noting that these regimes have blocked any movement to support the Palestinian people and punish anyone who acts otherwise.
The leader highlighted the role of the Yemeni front in the 'Promised Conquest and Sacred Jihad' battle in support of Palestine and backing the fighters in Gaza, affirming that Yemeni support operations continue. This week's operations extended to occupied Jaffa. He reported that the Yemeni armed forces carried out two operations this week toward the far north of the Red Sea, targeting two vessels violating the blockade. Since the start of Safar, 42 support operations were conducted, including hypersonic missiles and drones.
He emphasized that the Israeli maritime blockade is tightly enforced across the Red Sea toward Bab al-Mandab, the Gulf of Aden, and the Arabian Sea, with the continued disabling of the port of Umm al-Rashrash. He also reviewed the intensive popular activities, led this week by Yemen's annual expanded scholars' conference.
Sayyid al-Houthi began by addressing the latest Israeli aggression on Gaza, stating that this week Israel committed horrific crimes through bombing and starvation. He said that hundreds of Palestinians were martyred and thousands injured, highlighting an Israeli strike on a tent for displaced people near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, endangering patients' lives.
He warned that 250,000 Palestinian children face slow death from malnutrition in Gaza, describing the scale of suffering from the Zionist siege as catastrophic, calling it 'the crime of the century.' He singled out the criminals Smotrich and Ben Gvir, calling them senior Zionist perpetrators boasting of comprehensive crimes in Gaza under the framework of genocide.
Regarding the West Bank, he mentioned a new zone aimed at isolating northern areas from central and southern regions, effectively cutting off Jerusalem. Israel seeks to isolate Jerusalem from the West Bank, prevent any Palestinian state, and maintain total control.
He condemned Israeli crimes in the West Bank, including the torture and persecution of Palestinian female prisoners, and described Ben Gvir's prison visit to threaten prominent Palestinian leader Marwan Barghouti as vile and malicious. Sayyid al-Houthi stressed that Israel continues incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque, violating its sanctity, marking the anniversary of its 1969 burning as evidence of Israel's longstanding plan to Judaize Jerusalem and demolish Al-Aqsa.
He explained that Zionist ideology sees the establishment of 'Greater Israel' as a divine mandate, with American and Western Jewish influence linking global dominance to this goal. He noted that Zionists view the rebuilding of the alleged Temple on Al-Aqsa as sacred, tying their plans to ambitions spanning the Nile, the Red Sea coast, and parts of the Arabian Peninsula, including Mecca and Medina.
Sayyid al-Houthi described the Zionist plan as inherently criminal, focused on genocide, enslavement, plundering resources, and oppression. He emphasized that the historical and ongoing corruption of the Jewish groups, as documented in the Qur'an, demonstrates that their actions are not divinely sanctioned but are destructive and tyrannical.
He continued that all aspects of the Zionist project are aggressive, criminal, and violent, aimed at extermination and subjugation, with no legitimate or beneficial purpose for humanity. The leader renewed his assertion that the Zionist project contains no good or positive contribution for humanity, aiming solely to enable Jews to dominate human societies, enslaving some and exterminating others for their interests.
Sayyid al-Houthi described how Zionists have systematically used ideological, cultural, and intellectual means to corrupt societies, particularly the West, eroding moral values and human virtues. He accused the West of moral degradation, widespread indulgence in vice, and promotion of sexual deviance, all propagated under Zionist influence.
He condemned Zionist crimes in Gaza over 22 months as extreme criminality and rejected the notion that such acts could ever be associated with a sacred project. He denounced Western sanctification of the Zionist agenda and the fundraising that supports it, asserting that the ultimate fate of the project will be divine retribution.
The leader contrasted the Zionist agenda with the Quran, describing it as a true divine project promoting human freedom under God, justice, and mercy. He urged Muslims and humanity to recognize the reality of Zionist actions through the lens of the Quran and objective facts, criticizing complacency and collusion within the Muslim world.
He expressed regret over widespread ignorance and complicity within the Muslim world, noting that the root cause of Zionist success is internal weakness and disunity. Sayyid al-Houthi praised Palestinian fighters in Gaza, particularly the operations of Al-Qassam Brigades and Al-Quds Brigades, for their resilience and effectiveness despite limited resources.
He condemned Arab states for supporting Israel militarily and economically, citing Saudi weapons shipments and the Egyptian-Israeli $35 billion gas deal as active facilitation of Israeli aggression. He criticized the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for decades of inaction regarding Jerusalem and Palestine.
The leader highlighted Yemen's intensive popular and official activities supporting Gaza, including the annual Yemeni Scholars' Conference, large university demonstrations, and over 1,375 marches and rallies last week. He reaffirmed that standing against Israel is both a matter of faith and honor.
Finally, he called on the Yemeni people to participate in a 'great, honorable, and massive million-person rally' on Friday across Sana'a and other provinces, framing it as a religious and moral duty to oppose the Zionist enemy and uphold human dignity.
