Sana'a: Leader of the Revolution Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on Sunday reiterated Yemen's unwavering support for the Palestinian people and its opposition to the Israeli-American forces, which he claims pose a threat to the entire Islamic nation. In a speech delivered during marches commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein in the capital Sana'a and other governorates, he highlighted Yemen's commitment to standing with the Palestinian cause.

According to Yemen News Agency, Sayyed al-Houthi emphasized the aggressive nature of the Zionist plan, describing it as destructive and targeting the nation both in religious and worldly matters. He asserted Yemen's dedication to confronting this threat alongside allies in the al-Quds axis, emphasizing resistance and unity among the free people of the nation.

Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that, despite challenges and pressures from American and Israeli forces and their supporters, Yemen's steadfastness in its positions remains decisive and unwavering. He called for divine assistance and reliance on God, underscoring faith as the foundation of their resistance.

The Yemeni leader highlighted the nation's commitment to a Quranic project grounded in the principles of Islam, focusing on jihad, enjoining good, and forbidding evil. He reflected on the significance of Imam Hussein's martyrdom as a tribute to the Prophet Muhammad and a symbol of resistance against oppression.

Further, Sayyed al-Houthi underscored the lessons of faith, honesty, and steadfastness imparted by Imam Hussein, serving as an inspiration for future generations to confront tyranny. He cited Imam Hussein's defiance in the face of adversity and his refusal to surrender to oppressive forces, positioning him as a beacon for those resisting injustice.

He linked the current struggle against American and Israeli forces to Imam Hussein's revolution, highlighting the perceived threats to religious identity and national sanctities. The leader called for a faith-based response to confront perceived injustices and crimes committed by these forces.
