Taiz Hosts Evening at Al-Haddar Islamic Studies Center Commemorating Battle of Badr

Taiz: A Ramadan evening was held this evening at Al-Haddar Islamic Studies Center in Al-Ta'iziyah District, Taiz Governorate, commemorating the Battle of Badr.

According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Sheikh Taher Al-Haddar, a member of the Scholars Association; Salah Bajash, a member of the Shura Council; and Ali Al-Sururi, head of the Scholars Unit in Taiz Governorate. The speakers highlighted the opportunity presented by the holy month for spiritual growth, remembrance, and turning to Allah Almighty in repentance. They also emphasized the importance of drawing lessons and inspiration from the Battle of Badr.

The speeches emphasized the importance of engaging with the Ramadan program and listening to the lectures of the Leader of the Revolution, as well as the necessity of continuing mobilization efforts to confront any conspiracies against the nation.

They pointed to the lessons and insights offered by the Battle of Badr, which can be applied to the nation's struggle against tyranny in this era, especially as the world is currently experiencing an open conflict between right and wrong.

The speeches stressed the need for preparedness and a high state of readiness for any operational requirements that the current stage may demand.

The evening, attended by a number of scholars, social figures, and intellectuals, included segments expressing the significance of the occasion.
