Hajjah: Talal Al-Mahatera team won the Mawlid al-Nabawi Football Championship in Abs District, Hajjah Governorate. The team claimed the title in the tournament organized by the Tihama Zone under the supervision of the Governorate's Office of Youth and Sports, with the participation of 16 teams, after defeating Al-Taraji Shafar 3-2 in the final match.
According to Yemen News Agency, following the game, Deputy Governor Abdulkarim Khamosi honored the champion team, Talal Al-Mahatera, the runner-up, Al-Taraji, the best player, Omar Mubarak, the tournament's top scorer, Hamed Ali, and the best goalkeeper, Yahya Jirani. The final match was attended by several directors of districts within the Tihama Zone, officials from executive offices, and local, social, and sports figures.
