Sana'a: On this day, May 11, a series of airstrikes by US-Saudi-Emirati forces resulted in numerous civilian casualties across multiple Yemeni governorates. The attacks, which have occurred annually, have caused significant destruction and loss of life.

According to Yemen News Agency, the most devastating incident on May 11, 2015, involved airstrikes in Taiz, where 15 civilians were killed, and over 30 were injured. The strikes destroyed a three-story building and eight nearby homes, along with several public facilities. Similar airstrikes in Sana'a and other regions have led to widespread devastation and numerous casualties over the years.

In the following years, the aggression's air force continued its assaults on various districts, resulting in the deaths and injuries of civilians. On May 11, 2016, airstrikes in the Amran governorate killed 11 civilians. The following year, strikes hit Hajjah and Sana'a governorates, causing further damage and casualties.

The relentless airstrikes and artillery shelling have not only resulted in civilian deaths but also caused extensive damage to infrastructure, homes, and farms. On May 11, 2018, a woman was killed and a girl injured in Jawf governorate, while airstrikes targeted a ship carrying wheat in Hodeida governorate, highlighting the humanitarian impact of the conflict.
