Al-bayda: Al-Bayda Governor Abdullah Idris inspected the progress of work at the Great Prophet Square in Al-Sawadiyah District. The governor reviewed preparations at the square designated to receive participants from Al-Sawadiyah, Radman, Al-Malajim, Al-Tafah, Nu'man, Nati', and Al-Wahbiyah districts.
According to Yemen News Agency, during the visit, Governor Idris stated that the central celebration marking the Prophet Muhammad's birthday this year would witness unprecedented popular participation. He praised the efforts to expand and prepare the square in a manner befitting the occasion.
Governor Idris highlighted the significance of the religious occasion, emphasizing the Prophet's revered status among the Yemeni people. He noted that commemorating the Prophet's birthday reflects the Yemeni people's adherence to their faith-based identity, their close connection to the Prophet, and their commitment to following his example in confronting forces of tyranny.
