Al-hodeidah: The Security Department of Al-Hawk District, in collaboration with the Al-Razqi Police Department in Al-Hodeidah Province, has organized a cultural evening to commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The event was held under the slogan 'At Your Service, O Messenger of Allah.'
According to Yemen News Agency, First Deputy Governor of Al-Hodeidah, Ahmed Al-Bashri, highlighted the importance of this celebration as a reflection of the Yemeni people's devotion to the Prophet and their commitment to his teachings. He stated that the occasion serves as an opportunity to reinforce the faith-based identity that empowers Yemenis in the face of ongoing challenges.
Al-Bashri also connected the celebration with Yemen's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that the event sends a message of resistance against Zionist and imperialist forces. He underscored that honoring the Prophet's birthday affirms the unified identity of the Muslim Ummah and a commitment to Islamic causes, particularly Palestine and Gaza.
Muhammad Al-Qudaimi, Director of the Jil Al-Quran Schools, spoke on behalf of educational institutions, noting that the celebration is a renewal of the covenant with Allah and His Messenger. He emphasized that it promotes principles of justice and resistance to tyranny, raising awareness among future generations about their responsibilities.
Sheikh Ali Adhabi, Vice President of Dar Al-Uloom Al-Shar'iyah University, described the birth of the Prophet as a pivotal event in human history, marking the beginning of a message that enlightened humanity. He noted that celebrating this occasion is a form of protest against the injustice faced by the Palestinian people and a demonstration of the Ummah's unity.
Mansour Abu Hadi, Director of Al-Razqi Police Department, remarked that the celebration among security personnel signifies their belief in the strength derived from the Prophet's values. He affirmed that the Yemenis' celebration of this occasion is a renewal of their dedication to defending their homeland and supporting national causes.
