Capital Secretary Evaluates Charity Kitchens’ Impact in Ma’een District

Sana'a: The Secretary of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Abbad, inspected the activities of Al-Shawkani and Al-Ataa charity kitchens in Al-Qubba and Asr neighborhoods in Ma'een District.

According to Yemen News Agency, Dr. Abbad reviewed the role of the two kitchens in distributing iftar meals to more than 2,000 underprivileged families in the targeted neighborhoods. This effort is part of a community initiative supported by charitable donors.

Dr. Abbad received a briefing from Assistant Secretary Sami Sharaf Al-Din and District Director Abdulmalik Al-Radhi about the opening of Ramadan charity kitchens across various neighborhoods of Ma'een District. This initiative is part of programs focused on benevolence and social solidarity, aligning with the directives of the Revolution Leader to support charitable initiatives and projects, assist the poor, and address their needs during the holy month.

He encouraged further support for charity kitchens and the expansion of humanitarian initiatives across the districts of the Capital Secretariat, acknowledging the efforts of Ma'een District leadership, the General Mobilization, donors, and those overseeing the kitchens.
