Free Medical Camp Launched in Sa’ada to Mark Prophet’s Birthday

Sa'ada: Secretary-General of Sa'ada Local Council Mohammed Al-Emad on Wednesday inaugurated a free medical camp in the governorate, organized by the General Military Hospital to mark the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.

According to Yemen News Agency, the camp is held near the Prophet's Birthday Square and will continue until 12 Rabi' al-Awwal. It provides free consultations across various medical specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, and orthopedics, alongside a range of medical tests.

During the inauguration, Al-Emad, accompanied by Province Undersecretary Mohammed Al-Baadani, was briefed by Camp Director Alaa Al-Din Al-Habari on the medical and healthcare services being provided to help alleviate patients' suffering. The camp offers services in internal medicine, neurology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, pediatrics, ear, nose, and throat care, ultrasound, laboratory testing, and radiology.

Al-Emad praised the efforts of the General Military Hospital and all contributors to the camp, describing it as an important humanitarian initiative. He expressed appreciation to the hospital administration and participating medical teams, and called on relevant authorities to facilitate the medical team's work in providing free treatment and diagnostic services to patients traveling from remote areas and districts.
