Gaza: In a scene reflecting the cruelty of the war on Gaza, freed Palestinian journalists Ibrahim Abu Al-Soud and Mohammed Abu Zeid returned to the Gaza Strip - but not as they had left it.
According to Yemen News Agency, their faces were pale, their bodies weakened by torture, and their memories burdened with images of detention. Both confirm that the Israeli enemy turned aid distribution points - meant to be safe havens for starving civilians - into well-planned traps.
Abu Al-Soud was arrested west of Rafah, and Abu Zeid near the Netzarim axis, after they were surrounded by drones that dropped bombs to block their escape. Military vehicles then advanced and took them away without charges.
The two journalists recounted their ordeal to the 'Palestine Online' website, describing weeks of torment in 'Sde Teiman' prison in the Negev desert - severe beatings, sleep deprivation, loud music played all night in what is known as the 'disco method,' and suffocating metal rooms from which blankets were removed during the hottest days of summer.
Centers run by 'Israel' under the name 'Gaza Humanitarian Organization,' funded by Israel and the United States, have - according to testimonies - become traps with no international oversight. The result, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health, is that since late May this mechanism has killed 1,838 and wounded 13,409 others, as gunfire is fired daily at those waiting in aid queues.
These testimonies add a new chapter to the Israeli enemy's crimes against Palestinians waiting for aid in the Gaza Strip, on a daily basis since the start of the 'Israeli-American' mechanism on May 27.
