Sanaa:Bani Hushaish: The funeral procession for Martyr Lieutenant Colonel Arafat Ali Abdullah Zuhair took place in the Bani Hushaish district, located in the Sana'a governorate. Zuhair, who was from the Al-Hayouf area, died in the line of duty while defending the homeland.
According to Yemen News Agency, the funeral was attended by notable figures, including Shura Council member Mohammed Mufaddal and Rajam Al-A'la sub-district mobilization official Ali Shamsan. During the procession, attendees paid tribute to the martyrs' sacrifices and their heroic acts on the battlefield.
Mourners emphasized that the achievements of the Armed Forces in safeguarding national sovereignty and securing the Yemeni people's legitimate rights are a testament to the martyrs' sacrifices. After the funeral prayers at Al-Hayouf Mosque, the body of Lieutenant Colonel Zuhair was laid to rest in his home area of Al-Hayouf.
