Muscat: The Grand Mufti of the Sultanate of Oman, Sheikh Ahmad bin Hamad Al-Khalili, expressed his support for the Yemeni armed forces, commending their ongoing efforts to destabilize what he referred to as the Zionist enemy. The Grand Mufti highlighted the Yemeni operations aimed at preventing ships connected to or destined for Israel from traversing the Red Sea.
According to Yemen News Agency, Al-Khalili shared his thoughts through a post on the social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter. He saluted the Yemeni forces, describing them as valiant heroes for their persistence in striking the enemy and safeguarding the Bab al-Mandab Strait from vessels aiding the Zionist entity. The Grand Mufti also invoked divine blessings for the Yemeni fighters and expressed hope for the humbling of their adversaries.
