Taiz: The Subcommittee for Summer Courses and Mobilization in Taiz Governorate commenced the summer courses for the year 1447 AH under the slogan 'Knowledge and Jihad.' The initiative was launched on Saturday with a focus on utilizing the summer vacation to benefit students and enhance their awareness and knowledge.
According to Yemen News Agency, Ahmed Al-Musawi, the Acting Governor of Taiz and Chairman of the Subcommittee for Activities and Summer Courses, emphasized the need for collaborative efforts to ensure the success of the courses. He highlighted the leadership's interest in these programs as essential for building a generation capable of facing challenges. Al-Musawi urged parents to encourage their children to participate and benefit from the knowledge and skills offered.
In Al-Ta'iziyah District, officials such as the governorate's mobilization officer Mohammed Al-Khalidi and other key district leaders inspected the progress of activities at various centers, including Al-Noor Asrar and Martyr Abduljabbar Al-Qablani. Their visits were aimed at reviewing the implementation of the programs and ensuring their effectiveness.
Khadir District also saw visits from officials including District Director Fares Al-Jaradi and Security Director Colonel Issam Sabr, who inspected activities at centers like Al-Azaybah and Al-Tawfiq Ghurab. These inspections aimed to ensure that the educational and developmental objectives of the courses are being met.
Additionally, Deputy Governor Abdulwahab Al-Junaid and other district directors reviewed summer activities at schools in Al-Manshoor and Abdan. The inspections were part of broader efforts to maintain high standards across all participating centers.
In Al-Silw District, Deputy Governor Abdulwasea Al-Shamsi, along with district officials, reviewed programs at centers in the Al-Mashjab area. Their evaluations focused on the educational content and engagement of students in these programs.
Further inspections took place in Maqbanah and Salh Districts, where officials assessed the activities at several centers. The strong student turnout and diverse programs were praised for their role in enhancing students' knowledge and skills.
The officials collectively encouraged parents to enroll their children in the summer courses to ensure they gain significant educational and developmental benefits.
