Marib Hosts Cultural Events to Commemorate Prophet’s Birthday

Marib: Various events and cultural evenings were held on Thursday in Badbada and Al-Abdiyah districts of Marib governorate to commemorate the Prophet Muhammad's birthday, peace and blessings be upon him and his family.

According to Yemen News Agency, an expanded meeting for preachers and religious guides took place in Badbada district to honor the occasion and discuss recent developments, including US insults against the Quran and Islamic holy sites. The district's education sector also organized an educational event to mark the Prophet's birthday, which was attended by local and mobilization officials.

Speakers at the meeting emphasized the Yemeni people's connection to the Prophet Muhammad, as well as their love and loyalty to his family. They stressed the importance of broad participation in the central celebration of the occasion.

Meanwhile, two cultural evenings were conducted in Al Ghanim and Al Awadh areas of Al-Abdiyah district. Speakers at these events described commemorating the Prophet's birth as an opportunity to renew the connection with the Prophet, follow his teachings, and emulate his values and noble character.
