Mass Rallies in Dhale’ Governorate Support Quran and Islamic Holy Sites

Dhale': Large rallies were held on Monday in the Juban and al-Husha districts of the Dhale' governorate under the slogan: 'Support for the Quran and Al-Aqsa. Solidarity with Lebanon. and Readiness.' Participants in the rallies, led in Juban by Province Undersecretary Daifallah al-Dhibyani, carried copies of the Holy Quran to honor the sacred book and chanted slogans condemning repeated insults to the Quran and Islamic sanctities by Israeli and American parties.

According to Yemen News Agency, the protesters strongly denounced the burning of a Quran copy by American citizen Jake Lang in Michigan, describing it as a heinous crime and a deliberate attack on Islamic values. They also condemned ongoing Israeli aggressions and desecrations at al-Aqsa Mosque.

Residents of Juban and al-Husha reaffirmed their full support for Revolutionary Leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi and emphasized their commitment to the Quran, defending al-Aqsa, Gaza, and the oppressed Palestinian people, as well as solidarity with Lebanon and Hezbollah fighters.

A statement issued during the rallies said adherence to the Qur'an is the only path to protecting humanity from tyrannical domination, and described confronting the Zionist project as both a religious duty and a humanitarian necessity to defend nations and dignity.

The statement reiterated the community's resolve to carry the banner of Islam, follow the Quranic path, and resist American and Israeli aggression. It also called on Muslims worldwide to actively confront Zionist schemes and protect Islamic holy sites.

Participants urged the continuation of public activities supporting the Quran, Palestine, and Lebanon, and reaffirmed solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran, stressing steadfastness in defending dignity against American and Zionist targeting projects.
