Capital secretariat: A celebratory evening was held on Saturday in Al-Kadas neighborhood of Al-Rada' District in Old Sana'a to mark the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad, the best of creation.
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by local dignitaries, social figures, and residents. Cultural activist Hashem Al-Muhaqari highlighted the significance of commemorating the Prophet's birth anniversary as an occasion to strengthen love for and connection to the Prophet's life, and to uphold his values and principles.
He stated that the widespread celebrations reflect the Yemeni people's love and loyalty to the Prophet, their strong attachment to him, and their commitment to following his path and noble example.
Al-Muhaqari urged everyone to attend the central Mawlid celebration on Rabi' Al-Awwal 12 at Al-Sabeen Square, underscoring the importance of the occasion and its place in the hearts of the Yemeni people.
