Meeting in Capital Sana’a Discusses Enhancing Educational Care for Children of Martyrs

Sana'a: A meeting chaired today by the Mayor of the Capital, Dr. Hamoud Obad, discussed ways to strengthen educational support for the children of martyrs' families enrolled in public schools in the capital.

According to Yemen News Agency, the meeting, attended by First Undersecretary of the Capital Khaled Al-Madani, Education Sector official Abdulqader Al-Mahdi, Director of the General Authority for the Care of Martyrs' Families in Sana'a, Mohammed Al-Afif, along with executive and educational leaders, reviewed the level of attention given to these students in their academic, cultural, and educational progress, as well as efforts to develop their abilities and skills.

Discussions addressed field performance, solutions to shortcomings from the past period, and the importance of cultural and educational programs and activities to raise the academic and awareness levels of the martyrs' children.

The meeting emphasized the need to spread cultural, faith-based, and resistance-oriented awareness among students, protecting them from destructive ideologies and cultural infiltration, while strengthening their Quranic identity.

Dr. Obad and Al-Madani affirmed the commitment of the Revolution's Leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the political leadership to caring for martyrs' children across all fields. They stressed the need for concerted efforts to provide full care as the least expression of gratitude for their fathers' sacrifices.

They urged the children of martyrs to take responsibility in following their fathers' path, embodying Quranic values and faith-based identity to become the nation's strong shield and future leaders.

The officials also highlighted the priority of providing care in education, culture, and awareness, praising the efforts of the educational sector and the Martyrs' Families Care Authority in supporting martyrs' children academically.
