Sana'a: The Minister of Defense, Major General Mohammed Al-Atifi, affirmed the readiness of the Armed Forces, in all their categories and formations, to implement any directives issued by the Revolution Leader, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi (may God protect him), if the siege on the Yemeni people continues.
According to Yemen News Agency, Major General Al-Atifi warned the aggression states, specifically the Saudi enemy and those behind it, that there are open options available to the Armed Forces. He stated that the options are open and the Armed Forces have high readiness across all branches and formations. The level of readiness has been raised in implementation of the leadership's directives over the past few days. The leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the General Staff, and the Armed Forces are now fully prepared to implement any directives related to the equation of siege for siege, airports for airports, and ports for ports.
He added that the enemy must realize that the Yemeni people now have forces and military capabilities capable of imposing equations. Yemen, which has endured over the past ten years and whose steadfastness the world has witnessed, is able, with God's help, to remain steadfast and achieve victory in the coming period.
Major General Al-Atifi pointed out that the leadership is fully aware of the suffering endured by the Yemeni people as a result of the continued aggression and siege, and that such a situation will not continue.
The Minister of Defense saluted all Yemenis, foremost among them the various tribes, for their proud stances in upholding their principles and values, their constant stand on the side of truth, their rejection of all foreign interference in the country, and their readiness to stand alongside the Armed Forces in the battle of liberation and independence.
He continued by stating that this unity is not surprising from the sons of the tribes. He affirmed that all Yemenis are united and more cohesive today than ever before, standing alongside the leadership to reclaim rights and halt Saudi interference in Yemen.
Minister Al-Atifi concluded his statement by saying that the Saudis have no goal in Yemen other than to implement the Zionist and American agenda. Yemen is capable of economic recovery if these foreign interventions cease. Saudi Arabia faces two options: either to withdraw its hand from Yemen-and this is what will happen thanks to the steadfastness of the Yemeni people-or to move towards comprehensive escalation, which will be met by Yemen, through its Armed Forces, with equal measure. He warned that the loss will be Saudi Arabia's, which works to destroy Yemen, and this destruction will eventually reach it, sooner or later, until it ceases its interference in Yemen's affairs.
