The statement noted that the deceased was among the scientific and administrative cadres known for their sincerity, dedication, and sense of responsibility. Through his position and expertise, he contributed to supporting and developing the work of the Tihama Agricultural Research Station, leaving a positive impact on his colleagues, farmers, and researchers.
