Sana'a: The Mobilization Department in the Capital Secretariat organized a cultural and awareness-raising event to commemorate the anniversary of Isra and Mi'raj, focusing on the theme: 'Isra and the Ummah's Responsibility Towards Al-Aqsa.'
According to Yemen News Agency, the event was attended by Khaled Al-Madani, the First Undersecretary of the Capital Secretariat, and Scholar Fouad Naji, a member of the Higher Board of the Yemeni Scholars Association. Naji emphasized the importance of utilizing this occasion to strengthen faith and deepen attachment to the Prophet Muhammad, while upholding the Imams and symbols of guidance.
Naji highlighted that the divine miracle of Isra and Mi'raj served as a pivotal spiritual moment for the Prophet, urging Muslims to recognize their religious and moral responsibilities towards the sanctities of Al-Aqsa Mosque amid current violations by the Zionist entity.
He also stressed the need for sincere action alongside the Revolution Leader, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, in support of the Ummah's cause and the liberation of Al-Aqsa Mosque, while supporting the Palestinian struggle against Zionist occupation.
Taha Al-Hadheri, Secretary-General of the Yemeni Scholars Association, noted the significance of the anniversary's coincidence with the commemoration of 'Qur'an Martyr,' Sayyid Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi. He affirmed the eventual decline of the Zionist entity and the empowerment of God's believing servants, warning of the critical challenges faced by the Ummah.
Al-Hadheri highlighted Yemen's resilience and the Axis of Resistance in opposing tyranny, emphasizing the sacrifices made on the path to Jerusalem to counter the American-Zionist agenda in the region.
He called for reinforcing a faith-based, resistance-oriented spirit within society to address the challenges facing the Islamic Ummah and underscored the importance of drawing lessons from the Prophet's life, particularly in steadfastness and perseverance against global arrogance.
