Sana'a: Two cultural evenings took place in the Shu'ub District of the Capital Secretariat to honor the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family).

According to Yemen News Agency, the events were attended by residents from the central Bir al-Hindi neighborhood in the Hashishiya neighborhood and the western Ghuraiqah neighborhood in the eastern Al-Jarf neighborhood. Notable attendees included members of the Shura Council such as Ahmed al-Sharabi, Mohammed al-Shu'ai, Ali al-Sufi, and Ali al-Muayyad. Also present were Hamoud al-Naqeeb, head of the Secretariat's Social Affairs Committee, Qahtan al-Ansi of the Scholars Association, mobilization officials, local and executive leaders, and children of wounded and martyrs.

Participants highlighted the significance of commemorating the birth of the Messenger of Humanity amid the current challenges faced by the nation and the broader Arab and Islamic world. These challenges include the aggression, siege, and acts of genocide and starvation inflicted upon Palestinians by the Zionist-American adversaries in Gaza.

They stressed the importance of delivering messages to the world, underscoring the Yemeni people's strong connection to the Noble Messenger. The attendees reaffirmed their commitment to following his path and resisting global tyranny and arrogance. They emphasized their steadfastness in supporting truth and standing with the oppressed.

The gatherings also celebrated the victories achieved by Yemen and its people, attributing these successes to their devotion to Allah and the Noble Messenger. They reiterated their support for the Palestinian people and the resistance in Gaza.

The evenings featured cultural and rhetorical activities, including anthems, poems, and folklore, drawing participation from leaders, notables, social figures, and neighborhood residents.
