Sanaa: The Supreme Judicial Council has mourned the passing of Judge Saddam Omar Al-Hakmi, former head of the First Civil Division at the Hajja Court of Appeals, who died at the age of 56 after a career dedicated to serving the nation in the judiciary.
According to Yemen News Agency, in its obituary statement, the Council praised the late judge's integrity and devotion to upholding justice through the various judicial posts he held, noting that he was a model of fairness and professionalism.
The statement emphasized that his death is a loss to the judiciary, as he was widely recognized for his competence and high moral standards.
The Council extended its deepest condolences and sympathy to his children, brothers, the Al-Hakmi family, and his colleagues in the judiciary.
