Taiz: Several government offices and public institutions in Taiz governorate organized a speech event to commemorate al-Wilayah Day (Eid al-Ghadir) under the slogan, 'Whoever has me as his master, Ali is his master.'

According to Yemen News Agency, the event brought together officials from the Public Works Office, the Roads Maintenance Unit, the General Corporation for Roads and Bridges, and branches of the Transport Affairs, Lands, Geological Survey, and Taiz Airport authorities. Speakers at the event highlighted the religious and historical significance of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib, emphasizing his legacy of justice, courage, wisdom, and leadership. They described the occasion as an opportunity to strengthen awareness of values associated with faith, unity, and public responsibility.

Participants also reflected on contemporary regional challenges and stressed the importance of preserving cultural and religious identity. The event concluded with calls to draw inspiration from Imam Ali's example in promoting ethical leadership, social cohesion, and commitment to public service.
